We're Celebrating Our Peer Mentors! 🌟
On Tuesday 10th March, we held our Peer Mentoring Distinction Lunch, celebrating the students who support new undergraduates as they begin their university journey.
This year:
• 48 mentors attended to network, celebrate, and collect their Distinction badges.
• 177 mentors achieved Distinction.
• 1,342 emails were sent to help first‑years settle in.
Mentee feedback:
• 87% said a mentor made their transition easier.
• 93% read all information their mentor sent.
• 88% felt confident reaching out.
• 92% would recommend the scheme.
